Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. After that, you can expect your package to arrive within 5-10 business days. Please note that international orders may take longer to arrive.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, we have a hassle-free return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging and unworn. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customised products that carry your name or a picture that you chose.

We offer a variety of sizes for most of our apparel ranging from S to 3XL. Please contact us if you cannot find the right size or colour.

Yes, you will be able to track your order once it has been shipped. You will receive the shipping information via email or you can look it up using your order number .

Can I request custom designs or personalisations?

Some of our products and be customised. Look out for products that have a "Customise Me" in the product title. If you want a handmade design for a product that is currently not customisable, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will try to get your paw-some design done and advise on the process and timelines.

How should I wash and care for the apparel?

Most of our product descriptions include care instructions. As a general rule of thumb please refer to our care instructions here.

Do you offer discounts for first-time buyers?
